Grounds for Appeal
Below are the only grounds on which an appeal will be considered.:

The contravention did not occur.
E.g. the contravention did not happen as stated on the PCN.

The vehicle was parked by someone in control of it without my consent.
E.g. the vehicle was improperly parked after being stolen.

I was not the owner of the vehicle at the time the PCN was issued.
E.g. the vehicle was sold before (or bought) after the contravention occurred.

We are a hire firm and have provided the details of the hirer.
This only applies where the hirer has signed an agreement accepting liability for any parking charges.

I have permission to park from the owner of the land.
E.g. the issuer did not see the permit.

Appeals must be received in writing or by email within 14 days accompanied with a full payment. After 14 days you have no legal right to appeal. In exceptional cases the company may exercise discretion and cancel the parking ticket if the company feels there is compelling grounds to do so. When an appeal is received contesting a parking ticket the appeal department is impartial and will give full consideration to all the points raised, taking into account all the circumstances that have been explained before deciding whether or not the parking ticket should be cancelled. Please remember to send your evidence with your appeal as evidence produced at a later date will not be considered. Please note: for legal reasons we cannot enter phone conversations regarding appeals.
